What you’ll do!

Help clients to declutter and organize their space and help them figure out what sparks joy in their lives.  As the Neat Rules Project Assistant, you will be one of the faces of the brand, live into the playful brand spirit at various consultation and in-home projects and networking events. In this role, you will largely be responsible for encouraging clients to figure out what sparks joy in their lives and guide them on how to discard of the items that no longer brings joy. This is how you will do it…

Bring Neat Rules to life

  • Participate in strategic execution of organizing items by category and color to help clients figure out what is not needed in their lives.
  • Support clients in making a decision on what to keep even if it’s new or can still be used
  • Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, ultimately driving repeat business and referrals
  • Be the eyes and ears of Neat Rules from the field: report on observations regarding competitor activity
  • Responsible for taking photos during home and office visits and events and creating content to post to social media accounts.
  • Seed and develop new relationships with market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibility
  • Communicate success stories, key learnings, and other activities to your Manager
  • Amplify Neat Rules initiatives through personal network and social media support

You have…

  • Relevant experience in organizing and marketing
  • The ability to positively engage people,
  • An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals
  • Access to a personal smart phone and computer for schedule updates, reporting, photo capturing, and emails
  • Reliable means of transportation, and valid driver’s license
  • The ability and willingness to transport supplies in personal vehicle when needed
  • The ability to lift heavy items including boxes and furniture up to 30 lbs.
